We could have 'Young Han Chronichles' where he is shown as a key figure in historical events in the Star Wars Universe...

Seriously though, does anyone else find Young Indiana:

1) Completely miscast
2) Quite dull

yes.

Ok I saw it last night, and SW to me means alot, its been part of my life since I can recall.
this film doesnt have the magic, and has some god awfull dialogue, but I still enjoyed it, I actually quite feel for Anakin, he was drawn into the sith plot and ended up in-tombed as Vadar, nasty...
Watching all the Jedi die aswell was quite upsetting too.

great special effects of course.

How do i feel? I feel empty, its like watching return of the Jedi again for the first time, thats it, its all over!!! - I feel lost inside. :(

Salright, I'm sure ol' Lucas will come up with something else to add on. Not like he has anything else to do with his life!

Reminds me of the sadomasochistic cleptomaniac who was into beastiality- he was arrested for flogging a dead horse. :D

I think theres alot of milage left in the old horse yet, I just wish Lucas would allow someone else a go at it.

For starters we have the TV series based between film 3-4
and we have films 4,5,6 to be remade in 3D
and
films 7,8,9...

Let me dream, it makes me feel good inside,

p.s. I thought Yoda V's the Emperor, and Anakin V's Obi-Wan was freaking cool.

aw - i kinda like it. It has good cheese value.

As for more - isn't there rumours of a TV series...

Young Han Chronicles it is!

The stuff about Quigon at the end... i assume that explains Obi-wans ability to come back from the dead? Is there anything more i am missing about that?

When Yoda brought that up, I thought "Wow, they really just crammed this in there, didn't they?"
It felt really rushed.
"Okey dudes, we have to fix this thing with Ben talking to Luke even though he's dead. We only have about.. 10 seconds of film to do it, so keep it short".
Can't believe I'm still here.

Yeah, I just think that there could've been one additional scene - in the middle of the movie or something, where Yoda says something like "Quigon told me..." and everybody's like "Dude, Quigon is ******* dead :eyebrow: "

Oh well :)

Yoda without his robe was cool. He looked really different.

But as we have seen the blue glowie dead ppl maybe its just like a known thing that if your really hard core in the Jedi ways u become a blue glowie.
So i think Obi was just more amazed when Yoda said he had spoken with him because maybe he didnt think Qui-Gon was good enough?

What I want to know is how come Count Dookoo has beaten Ob-Wan twice now pretty easily, and anakin beat Dokoo easily. and then Obi-Wan could beat Anakin etc...

Its like Prime/Megatron/Jhiaxus all over again!

As much as I loved seeing Obi-wan take Anakin down, Anakin is meant to have more midi-wotsits than any other Jedi. Doesn't bother me tho.

Dude. Obi-Wan had the higher ground.
Medi-chlorine is out of the picture if you have the higher ground.

Ob beat me too it.

Loved how he took all three limbs out with one move tho. Eat that punk.

Er... although if you loved him liek a brother maybe it would be kinder to put him out of his misrey rather than watching him burn? eh?

Plus... sensible.

By the way - anyone who has seen clone wars think Grievous went down a bit easily in the duel?

Against the Jedi code to kill someone unarmed-- I think that's why the whole little thing with dooku was thrown in.

i think Obi-wan took it a bit litterally...

seriously, is it against their code to kill people who are currently on fire? I would have thought that would be a mercy.

Anakin jumps, obviously into a stupid move, silly ankin, get hacked up.

Hes still spitting "I hate you" - Obi-Wan is probably like, scew this, oh dear hes caught fire and dying. hes bending the Jedi code sure, within reason I belive.

You could aruge a Sith is never un-armed (except in Dokoos case) - either way I enjoyed it, I actually found Hayden at his most convincing when he was shouting at Obi-Wan, and Ewan, great as ever, carried that finnal scene well.

I was left feeling very sorry for Anakin, he gos from proud young man, to being encased in scary looking suit, lied to and twisted by Palpatine. it worked out nicely - even if he did look a lil short as Darth Vader...

that whole last 30 mins I found quite emotinal. maybe its the star wars fan in me, but I felt for Anakin, even tho he was a murdering dumb head, I couldnt help but feel sorry for him, and yoda and Obi-Wan

- I think General Grevious went down fairly, I admit that in his cartoon form hes far harder but then again, look at mace windu! a few elctro bolts and a hacked of limb would have been a mere flesh wound..

What I wanted to know, was Mace Windu actually better then Palpatine, or did Palpatine know Anakin would come to his rescue?

Damm im gonna have to go watch it again...

On a side note, at my cinema (UCI) the ushers who showed us to our seats were dressed up like Jedi, and instead of torchs, they had light sabres, erm like Jedi do... was cool tho.

I don't think there was any way Windu was better than Palpatine. Palpatine could have taken him out easily. He just A) used the whole energy thing to reveal his true aged form so that he'd no longer have to hide behind the facade of 'Palpatine' publicly, B ) Also used that 'scarring' of his physical appearance supposedly brought on by the attack as propaganda for the 'Jedi Rebellion', and C) he wanted Anakin to begin to truly turn to the dark side by attacking a master.

Muchas gracias to Mob for the Sig, proving why he's called 'King'.

The "i" in "Señior" from "Señior's Covenant" is intentional and part of a stupid & cheesy inside joke from '02. Thank you for your concern.

Maybe, but given what we've seen Palpatine capable of in the Yoda fight I doubt it. But that's just me maybe.

I hear Mace Windus style and Lightsabre is new and that some Jedi say it borders more on the Dark side then the light side, hence his offensive technique makes him a bit special.

I was sorry to see the fishy dreadknots looking guy go down so easy..

I was almost appalled that three went down so easy. And while I'm sure Mace is ace, I just don't think Palpatine/Sidious is being given credit where it's due. Plus, if Mace truly had him then that entire scene was rather ho-hum in its meaning.

That bugs me. But then again, so does every storm trooper and so on being a clone of Boba's father considering how easy they fall.

I mean they must have been aware that if he was/is the sith lord, then hes gonna pull out a Light-Sabre.

Personnaly I would have liked to have seen some Double-ender red blade return for the finnal.

Still I loved that fight, and the Yoda fight, and the Anakin fight, and... hmm I liked alot of it really.

The word scene for me was Wooden Hayden saying he loved Portman, that was so bad I cringed. otherwise ill edit that out.

What they lack again tho is simply Han-solo, that would have cured it all.

That's absolutely a fantastic suggestion. Forward it on to Lucas. He'll revise it in a decade or two. Seriously though, that would have kicked ass. There can never be enough double-sided sabers.

And on the Grievous note, I think in the end it was a fair fall, but quite frankly he lost the light sabers far too easily and quickly for that. I mean come on, four. That should have gone on for a bit more I believe, unless of course he just wasn't as skilled as he thought. Then again, I know nothing of the animated series that comes between Ep. II and Ep. III so I'm not as familiar with Grievous.

The only thing that really, really got under my skin were the Anakin/Padme scenes. It was just difficult to swallow the feelings between them sometimes/most of the time.

Hayden just cant do the love scenes, hes useless, was there really know one better?

Ewan in the finnal scene with Hayden was wicked, I really belived him "you were the chosen one" the emotion in that line was fantastic, and for once Hayden got it right, he snarls back at him, dying horribly "I hate you" - like a demented Daemon, Ewans expression says it all. you can see hes not worth saving, he really is gone...
