Could an admin possibly merge my old account and new one?

No idea if phpBB2 has that functionality- any chance I could merge me two accounts into one Grand Unified Account?

I'd be happy to do it meself on the SQL prompt but I've forgotten all the connection details :3

Don't know if any of it would be useful, but I've dug out a couple of old emails from Denyer concerning details for the db login.

I could forward them to you, but I have no idea if any of it is relevant or still current and I'd rather err on the side of caution than run the risk of ******* something up by trying it myself.

As the email came from Denyer, though, it might be worth asking him.

Merging two accounts doesn't seem like that hard a task, though? Pick which one will survive, replace all instances of the loser's id with the survivor's, if necessary modify the 'DOB'/other details of the survivor to match to loser, and bingo-bango, one id.

Of course, in true Sliders series 5 style, we'd have to rename it Lynch, and forever mourn the loss of K-ball. ;)

I have no problems with any part of that ;)

Could you possibly forward it on to kgl2083 at hot maya1 dot kom?

I could... but it might be easier if I just mail it to you. ;)

EDIT: Sent. But forgot to merge them, so you've got 2 headed your way.

The FTP doesn't work but I've not tried PHP my admin yet :)

No. I don't think either work.

I just tried connecting to them myself, and got no joy even accounting for the change in DNS and IP addresses.
